Qualified to be a Preferred Builder at The Enclave. This is a brand-new development in Fort Lauderdale on Coral Ridge Country Club. Qualification procedures included references of past clients, suppliers, vendors, trades. Rigorous background check, proof of financials. Documents reviewed by the owners of CRCC as well as the Property Management Company.

First company in more than 25 years to finish a major remodel of a condominium at The Breakers in Palm Beach within the allotted time period. This included hoisting a 2,500 pound roll of carpet to the 5th floor so as not to have any seams. This required closing of roads and the assembly of a 400-ton portable crane (one of four in the state). Two years later, worked with new owners to demo and renovate unit again.

Converted a 10K sq ft condo on the 29th and 30th floor of Jackson Tower to 2- 5K sq ft units so the developer could sell more profitably. This included the infill of open space with steel beams, corrugated form and poured concrete for more floor space. This required the shut down of streets, assembly of a 400-ton portable crane and the rigging and hoisting of all of the major materials such as but not limited to pre-made steel stairs, framing, drywall and concrete trusses.
